To give the Grand Hotel, located in Point Clear, AL, a significant upgrade in amenities and capacity, we developed the master plan for a number of additions to the property, including 100 rooms, a 25,000 square foot spa, and a family-oriented pool.

Design
Beyond the aesthetic design of the resort’s additions, we led the design-build documentation
with bi-weekly construction observation trips to assure the project met the resort’s timeline and budget expectations.
Create
Our design and build plans helped The Marriott property be recognized as “One of World’s Top
10 Best Resorts” by Travel & Leisure Magazine (2010), and included 100 additional rooms, a 25,000 sq. ft. spa facility, a family-oriented pool nestled among clusters of oaks, and re-routed roadways.
