I value all my clients, and I put in the same energy, hard work, and creativity into each design regardless of the project size or complexity. My goal is to create a design unique to you, and I strive to bring an element of “Wow!” to each design I create.
Although many people think Landscape Architects are “landscapers” and just install plants, in reality, Professional Landscape Architects (PLA) conceptualize the design for all hardscape and landscape elements outside a home including vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Contractors then implement those designs. In a nutshell, we work with the natural environment to create inviting outdoor spaces.
I’ve taken the extra step to become a licensed contractor to better help both my residential and commercial clients. This Building Construction Contractor License allows me to develop and execute my landscape plans, so you have the confidence of having the same professional working with you from the beginning to the end of your project.
As your Licensed Contractor, I’m able to oversee and manage the project, ensuring the work meets the specifications of the landscape plans I designed as well as ensuring all local, state and federal building codes are met. I make sure the project runs smoothly from the workers arriving on time to the best materials being selected to all permits being up-to-date to the project staying within budget and, finally, the final product meeting your expectations.
