Luxury Multi-Family, Pool
This is one of my most creative projects and a great example of how teamwork between the developer, landscape architect, architect, and interior designer all worked together successfully to create a trendy, high-end apartment community inside and out!
The tagline of the project was aptly “Expect the Unexpected” with its quirky angled retaining walls, oversized aluminum butterfly sculptures, billowing fog hills for a sense of mystery, lighted pool sculpture/waterfall, and lots of patterns. It is such an exciting project and boasts a healthy rental rate.
An urban infill project in downtown St. Petersburg, this project is contemporary and “edgy” to fit in with the artistic nature of the city and to attract young professional tenants. These 325 units have a tremendous amenities package to offer its residents including a swimming pool with lap lanes, a 20′ height lighted tower waterfall in the spa, trellises, numerous sculptures, fog hills, and fabric shade structures.
Though the project consists of only two relatively small courtyards and a rooftop deck, the attention to detail and the use of industrial materials and custom-designed sculptures make this unlike any other project in St. Petersburg.
Here are a few things people have said about this project:
“Great units, common areas, and marketing presence on the street!”
“The rooftop decks and center courtyard have an urban feel that gives the community a place for gathering!”
“Terrific community both inside and out!”
“This project has everything!”
